Update!

Well another week passed by and let me tell you I hit the old wall this past weekend. I really pushed the haevy bag last thursday and....worked through a killer headache Friday. I actually made it into the gym and just didn't have it. So I decided to pack it up and get a good one on Saturday. That was good thinking, but I think the lack of focus on getting enough sleep caught up with me. I was dead! I could barely get out of bed. I was so lethargic and just all around stiff that I just took a whole weekend off. I ate (not bad) but ate around 2200 calories each day. Well it worked because I had a good leg day yesterday and a killer heavy bag tonight. I am putting more attention on sleep and i think the rest got me over the HUMP. SO look out "10" watch out for that wall buddy.

Had to race home tonight for the biggest loser makeovers....So far WOW!

Well the big PowerBall lottery last week was won right here in Morgantown. Funny Story! It was won by a group of people who put in $5 a piece. They all work in the same office at the tax accesors office. Each got 17 million a piece......The real story on the news is that two people in the office had to show up for work Monday because they did not want to play! The winners said they both called it stupid and that they were wasting their money. How bad do those 2 feel today! Now the tax acccesors office is scrambling to figure out how to keep the office open. By the way.....I will be playing the numbers this week.
