Well it's time for a little update on the fitness program. If you haven't been keeping up with the Gangsta 10's progress...you should check it out. Big W has been killing the cardio and has a nice 209 lb weigh in to show of this week. Me, I have been chugging away and have added a couple of twists to the weekly routine. Besides lifting the weights and doing both bike and elipticle cardio, I have started boxing the heavy bag and doing a lot of jump rope. It is extremely challenging and you sweat more than I knew was possible. The only bad thing is the pain in my wrist. I went yesterday and bought some boxing wraps to go under my gloves and it helps but my wrists still are not happy. I am hoping that they get used to it because it is really a great workout.
