Cure all the way. I have seen them in concert & they are coming back soon! Love them.

Cure, is the match up of I couldn't think of two songs to fill out the top eight. Squeeze? Seriously, Squeeze? Wow, all I can say is wow.
I wanna see a contest for the greatest song of all time. Here is how I would seed it
1. Free Fallin', question it but you cant deny you have never ghanged the radio off this sing.
2. Teen Spirit-changed the face of music.
3. Livin' On A Prayer-the 80's song
4. Insert your favorite Springsteen song here.
5. It's Tricky- Run D.M.C. I know the sugarhill gang started it, but this song got rap rolling.
6. Icky Thump- White Stripes, the most original music going now days.
7. Black Betty- if you've seen blow you'll now why.
8. Brass Monkey- My dark horse favorite.
9. Insert Elvis song
10. Jack and Diane- Again have you ever changed the radio off this song.

James ineteresting list you have agree with a few but i will say
Its Tricky came way to late in DMC's run to have started it all.Hard Times and the tracks from that album defined DMS. Rapper's Delight is closer to the truth.
With you on Brass Monkey..Beasties are under rated.
Free FAllin top ten but no way all time best. Running Down a Dream and Refuge better petty tunes.
