First let me throw out a few Meeker Moment Awards:
1. Big props to former Auburn Tiger and Dream Team member Karlos Dansby. Put that interception ball on the mantle.
2. James Harrison's INT run will be replayed over and over for the next 50 years. What an unbelievable Super Bowl moment.
3. Is Big Ben not the best blue collar QB in the NFL. Go ahead and get that bust ready because he is a lock for the hall.
4. Kurt Warner...Who puts up those numbers in a SB and leaves without a ring? Even though I rooted against him, he is one of my top 10 favorite players.
5. Santonio Holmes...Dwight Clark flashback
6. Mike Tomlin's barber...that guy can cut one Hell of a straight line
Well, you just do not get a better SB than what we had tonight. Absolutely unbelievable game. I thought the halftime show easily ranks up there as one of the best musical performances. The Boss took what is usually a cheese ball stage with some washed up performer and turned into something fun. I liked the way he interacted with the crowd and crotch bumped the camera guy. John and Al did their normal superb job of announcing. I thought the funniest moment of the night was when Madden went to draw the tackle box on the replay of Big Ben's possible grounding call...."Uh you see the tackle box extends back from the tackles...OH somebady already drew the lines".
There where a few negatives in the game. I know, Why do i have to try and block out the warm fuzzy glow that fans have after the biggest sporting event on the planet. First of all, the commercials where just not that great this year. There where some great ones but a lot of marketing guys really dropped some giant $2,000,000 turds on the screen. Matt Millen on the pirate ship was just uncalled for. This guy should not be allowed inside an NFL stadium. Has Boomer lost his ability to head up the ESPN announcing crew. I like the guy and he has his moments, but he may be ready for a sideline gig. That's it folks...overall this will go down as one of the best.

Yeah, congrats to Dansby I guess...John Madden could have caught that kite. Plus, didn't he have two crucial penalties in the game? Wasn't there another Auburn dude playing in the game?
Yea, Dansby had a roughing the Qb penalty and the other player was Rod Hood who I think sucks up the joint on a regular basis.
