Awesome workout today

killed it! some seriouse hard core lifting...not overly heavy weights (form ..form..form) but just juiced up because I have finally gotten in some type of shape. Threw in some real all around body workers...POWER CLEANS...STRAIGHT LEG DEADLIFTS...DECLINED BENCH PRESS...Man I am worn slap out. My workout partner is not as excited as I told him tomorrow is a big heavy bag day with jump rope and some cardio bike. I told him you have to take advantage of those weeks when you just HAVE IT. Hope to post a solid 1 pound loss this week.

OH..made an incredible dinner tonight. Cut some chicken breasts in half to thin them out. Threw them in a shallow baking pan with a can of tomato sauce some spray pam, cut onions and peppers, some salt free cavenders, Italian seasoning, and baked her up. Super tender! Also steamed some Normandy veggies and BOOM got a great meal.
