Virginia Tech has to be every parents nightmare.

I thought in 2007, when 32 people were shot at the university, that enrollment would surely go down. Just when you thought the Tech family might be getting over the brutal slayings, a student is decapitated in the student cafe. Apparently the victim was slain by another student who she knew very well. I know that this wasn't just a random killing but my God this has to be a dark day for the university president. If I were a parent and my kid said they wanted to go to Tech, I would freak out.

Does this make that campus the most unsafe university in America. I don't see how it can't be. To make things worse, I think that place could set the record for number of homicides on a college campus (not near but ON campus).
