Has anyone gave this book a look yet? Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell........Its all I have heard about for a month now.

So there is a link that will tell you a little more about the book and the author Malcolm Gladwell. I find it hard to believe that anyone has not heard about this book. I have no idea if it is worth the read but apparently many people do. From what I have heard in interviews, it sounds pretty interesting. At least check out the link, read it and then tell me if I should!
